The items need to hop back to us within 14 days of purchase, and they should be in tip-top, unused shape – just like when you unwrapped them. Please keep those labels in place!

Order number, Full Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number and any special instructions on the form --->
Just a heads up, we can't sprinkle fairy dust on your postage costs unless the product is defective, faulty, or we accidentally sent you something you didn't order.
If you plan to send back a product, give us a shout on the form and don't say goodbye until we wave back with a confirmation. In the case of a wonky product, we might ask for a photo or two.
Refunds
Before you click 'Buy,' take a moment to be sure because we can't grant refunds for change-of-mind. But if your request aligns with our spellbinding refund policy, your refund will be back in your pocket (or wherever your payment method lives) within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges – Trading Sparkles for More Sparkles
If you're not entirely in love with your purchase, you've got 14 days to make a trade. Just shoot us a message on the form to get the ball rolling. Remember, exchanges are subject to our treasure chest of stock availability.
Gifts
If you received a gift from someone and it's not your cup of glitter, no worries! We'll turn it into a gift credit for you. Once the returned gift reaches us, we'll send you a magical gift certificate by email. If the gift wasn't marked as a gift when it was bought, or if your friend was planning a surprise, we'll send the refund their way and keep them in the loop.
